8 am: 1 glass lukewarm water with 4 powder mix
8.30 am: Tea
10 am: Oats & banana smoothie with date, honey, seeds & milk
12.30 pm: 1 aloo paratha +suji halwa (Ram navmi prasad)
3 pm: Durga navmi prasad
6 pm: Tea
7.30 pm: Ghugni
8.30 pm: 2.5 phulka + aloo beans + Urad dal
Rest from all exercise today!
