Dussehra it is!

So, our running group organized the 'Dussehra run" wherein we ran/ jogged/ walked for around 10 kms and did pandal hopping and later treated ourselves to good food! A good morning spent!

Day 43!

5 am: 1 glass lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 banana

5.30- 7.30 am: Around 10 km of run + pandal hopping

7.45 am: Breakfast with team

10.15 am: Tea

11 am: 2 kachori, sabji

1 pm : 1/2 sandesh. 1 slice chocolate

2.15 pm: Rice, ghugni

4.15 pm: 1/2 jalebi

5.30 pm: Tea with snacks 

8.45 pm: 2 phulka, aloo barbatti, gobi

16500 steps, 2 litres of water!
