Day 46!

Day 46!

5,30 am: 1 glass lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date
6 - 7.10 pm: Ground training + 3 km run
7,30 am:  A scoop of plant protein
9.15 am: Tea
10.45 am: 2 suji bread toast + tea
3 pm: Rice, green moong dal, bhindi+sandesh
5 pm: Tea
7 pm: 1/2 vegetable sandwitch
8 pm: 2 toast + tea

6400 steps, 2 litres of water!
