So, I joined the ground training today after dropping Bunny to the bus stop. Could attend only part of the training but it was good to be part of the team. Post the training, went to the Gym for my "Legs" day!
Day 56:
6.15 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 Kothali kela
6.30-7 am: On ground strength training
7 am: A piece of fruit cake (birthday celebrations on the ground)
7.10-8.20 am: Gym (legs)
8.30 am: A scoop of plant protein
9 am: 1 green moong dal chilla + tea
11 am: Handful of nuts & seeds
1.30 pm: 2 quinoa roti, paneer & mixed veg sabji, cucumber
4.30 pm: Black tea + coconut cookies
6.30 pm: Apple
8.30 pm: Rice, rawa, onion +2 spoons of maggi
10000+steps, 2 litres of water!
