Day 57!

Today was the felicitation ceremony for the Navrun I participated in. I joined late after dropping Bunny to bus stop, ran for a km and joined the celebrations. Off course, I hit the gym post that!

Day 57:

6.15 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela

6.30-6.40 am: 1 km run

7.20-8.30 am: Gym (Upper body)

8.45 am: 1 scoop of plant protein

9.30 am: 1 green moong dal chilla + Tea

11.30 am: Handful of nuts & seeds

1.45 pm: 2 quinoa roti, paneer & mixed veg sabji, beetroot

3.15 pm: Pizza, shake

7 pm: Guava

9 pm: 1/2 dal ka chilla with chutney + 3-4 spoons of alu chat

10,700 steps, 2.5 litres of water!
