Day 58!
6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
6.30-7.05 am: Ground training
7.15 am-8.25 am: Gym (cardio and core)
8.30 am: A scoop of plant protein
9.15 am: 1 green moong dal chilla + tea
11.15 am: Handful of nuts & seeds
1.45 pm: 2 quinoa roti, soya paneer & mixed veg sabji, beetroot
4.30 pm: Black tea + Talmakhana
7.30 pm: Raj kachori + chamcham
9 pm: Ice cream
10.30 am: Gond laddoo
Ignore my last 3 meals 😒. I know its cheating to the core but I was at a place where "No" is not an answer!!
Waise bhi next week is Diwali and the blogs would be filled with cheat meals! Definitely to be excused!
7000 steps, 2.5 litres of water and the most amazing evening spent with my nephew- cant be defined in words!
