Got up to the morning of dhanteras, filled with guilt with 2 days of binge eating! Determined to work out harder and maintain my diet today! However, reached late for ground training but put in my best!
Day 60!
5.45 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + raisins
6.15- 7.15 am: 1 km run + core & strength training
7.30 am: Tea
7.45-8.45 am: Gym (legs)
9 am: A scoop of plant protein
9.45 am: Poha
12.45 pm: Apple
1.45 pm: Maggi
3.45 pm: Dahi, papad, Rice chakri (2), Millet & Jaggery chikki (1/2)
5 pm: Tea
7 pm: 1/4 cup tea
9.30 pm: Rice, dal, bhindi
The small Dhanteras puja was so much fun seeing Bunny's excitement who later screamed in glee on seeing the firecrackers! Overall a good day!
11,000 steps, 2 litres of water and some shopping! Because it is Dhanteras!
