....and day 4!

 Hello Guys!

Got up for a run but it was rainingšŸ˜”! Hope to be able to run tomorrow! I hit the gym though!

Day 4: 

6.15 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water, 1 Kathali Banana

7 am-8.30 am- Gym (Upper Body)

8.30 am: 1 scoop of Plant protein in a glass of water

9.15 am: 2 Suji chilla with veggies, Tea

11.45 am: Mixed Seeds

1.45 pm: 2 Mini Buckwheat rotis, Toru sabji, Dahi, Beetroot

3.45 pm: Black tea & Chana Jor

6 pm: Apple

8 pm: 2 Phulka, Kumra Sabji, Moong dal, Salad

Around 8100 steps and 2.5-3 litres of water!
