Day 70!
6 am: 1 glass of lukewarm, water with 4 powder mix
6.45-8 am: Gym
8.15 am: A scoop of plant protein + 4 badam
9.15 am: 2 suji chilla, green chutney + tea
11 am: Sauteed paneer
11.45 am: A bite of besan laddo as prasad
1.15 pm: 3 thin phulkas, mixed vegetables with soyabean, cucumber, dahi
4.45 pm: Tal Makhana
7 pm: So, it was "Street food date" with Varun after ages! Though I had rajma chawal planned for my dinner but I did not have the heart to say him no! Ended with sweets too😔
Around 15,000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed early! These days I am feeling extremely tired by 8 pm and as sleepy as a rock! Probably need to consult a physician once!
