Finally resumed gym after ages!! A little disappointed as the weighing scale showing half a kg increase in weight! I was hoping it to fall since I had been running quite a bit but I guess more effort required. I shall try harder!
Day 51!
Weight 73.1
6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date
6.35-7.55 am: Whole body (Gym)
8 am: A scoop of plant protein
9 am: 1.5 plain paratha with a bowl of paneer bhurji + tea
11 am: Handful of nuts & seeds
12 noon: I asked for a cup of black tea as I was too sleepy as I had to work on a report but was also treated with my favourite favourite Unibix coconut cookies along!!
2 pm: 3 phulkas, aloo matar, dahi, tomato
3.30 pm: Peanut chikki
5.30 pm: Quinoa Puff
8 pm: Chowmein
10 pm: A bowl of dal
2 litre sof water, 9500 steps!
