Day 66!

Got up to a lazy morning and skipped gym today. Feeling refreshed after a very long time! Plan to make up for it by going for a run in the evening! 

Its been 65 days but I am standing almost on the same weight!! Time to really work on my diet and move southwards!

Day 66!

7.30 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 4 almonds

9.15 am: 1 aloo paratha + 1 bowl dahi

10 am: Tea

11.30 am: Overnight soaked Oats, banana, apple, mixed seeds, nuts, milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds and little honey 

12.30 pm: 1 Doda barfi

2.15 pm: 2 thin phulkas, ghugni

4.15 pm: Apple

6.15 pm: Talmakhana + 1 biscuit

8 pm: 3 thin phulkas, lauki, ghugni

9000 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed early!
