Day 59!

So, finally I put on my running shoes after more than a week and ran for 4 kms! Feeling good but tired! Any gap in training leads to quick fatigue and exhaustion! Nevertheless, I plan to stick on now!

Day 59!

6.15 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela

6.35-7.05 am: 4 kms run!

7.15 am-8.25 am: Gym (upper body)

8.30 am: A scoop of plant protein

9.15 am: 1 green moong dal chilla + tea

11.15 am: Handful of nuts & seeds

1.15 pm: 2 quinoa roti, soya paneer mixed veg sabji

2.45 pm: Slice of kesar pista cake

3.45: Black tea

4.30 pm: 2 tiny samosas, rosogollas (birthday treat)

7.30 pm: Samosa, mithai

10.30 pm: Khasta kachori

This cheat-full journal will go on till bhaidooj I am sure!

 15,000 steps, 2 litres of water!
