Day 67!

So, finally I ran after 8 days!! 5 km and a comfortable run! In fact I can say I enjoyed it! Managed to get up and attend the ground strength training, too (given that it was Bunny's holiday).

Day 67

5.45 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 Kothali kela

5.50  - 7.30 am: 5 km run + On ground strength training

7.30 am: A scoop of plant protein

9 am: Tea

9.45 am: Oats smoothie with banana, mixed seeds & nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut,  dates and little honey churned with milk

11 am: Black tea (too drowsy)

1.30 pm: 3 ultra thin & small phulkas, sukha aloo, cucumber

3.30 pm: Tal makhana

5.30 pm: Apple

6.30 pm: 2 club kachori & sabji

8.30 pm: 1 phulka, dal, bhindi + rosogolla

2.5 litres of water, 14000 steps, off to bed early!
