I was feeling extremely lethargic on my way back from office yesterday and kept sleeping on and off in between taking care of Bunny till I finally went off to sleep by 9 9.30! Called it a 'Rest day' this morning! Pledging to take care of my food today though!
Day 68!
5.45 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix
8 am: 1.5 moong dal chilla, green chutney+ Tea
11 am: Apple
2 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed veg with soyabean, cucumber
4.45 pm: Sautéed Paneer
8 pm: Dal, chawal, bhindi
It was a good day with multiple meetings, couple of presentations and planning for the upcoming travels. Happy with my diet today. Finally managed to bunk sweets today!
7000 steps, 2.5 litres of water and off to bed by 9 pm.
