Day 55!
Weight: 72.6 kgs
6.15 am: 1 glass lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date
6.50-8.20 am: Gym ( arms)
8.30 am: A scoop of plant protein
9 am: Tea + 1/2 Marie biscuit
10.45 am: Black tea + 1 packet of McVities (I forgot my breakfast dabba at home which had besan chilla)
11.30 am: Naru (coconut laddoo made with jaggery)
1.45 pm: 2 phulka, aloo gobi, cucumber
4 pm: Peanut chikki
6 pm: 2 boiled eggs
8 pm: Besan chila, 2-3 bites of phulka with bhindi, 2 suhali + 1 "kisses"
11,000 steps, 2 litres of water, off to be early!
