Recovery run day!

It is a 'Recovery Run' day post Sunday's Long & Slow Run (LSD) and the pace is to be slower than LSD pace. Recovery runs are usually 20-25% of your LSD runs. So, I targeted running 3 kms, given my 13 kms of LSD yesterday.

Weight: 72.8 kgs

Day 27

6.15 am: A glass of soaked chia & 4 powder mix + 1 date

6.50- 7.15 am: Run of 3 kms

7.25- 8.25 am: Gym (Push)

8.30 am: 1 scoop of plant protein

9 am: Milk, muesli & tea

11 am: Dry fruits with seeds

1 pm: 2 quinoa roti, paneer bhurji, dahi, beetroot

3 pm: Tal makhana + 1 slice guava

4 pm: Black tea

5 pm: Onion rice

8 pm: Rice, dal, dates & nut barfi, 2 spoons tikia chola

13,500 steps, 2 litres of water!

Had fallen in the bathroom today morning while taking a bath; have taken a painkiller but I hope i can make it for my ground training tomorrow as its is Bunny's PTM and I can hit the ground for the training!

Right now, I need to finish filing my IT return!
