Wet ground, beautiful weather - perfect setting for a good run! Today I joined the bootcamp training with 2.62 kms of Interval training (Mix of fast & slow) followed by strength training. My body is not hurting as much despite the fall (thanks to the painkiller I guess) and I am glad I could come for my exercise regime!
Day 28
5.30 am: 1 glass of lukewarm waters soaked with 4 mix powder + 1 date
5.50 - 7 am: 2.62 km of run + strength training
7.30 am: Tea with the team
7.40 - 8.40 am: Gym (pull)
8.45 am: A scoop of plant protein
9.45 am: 1.5 sattu paratha with little mitha achar
2 pm: 1 quinoa roti, moth
3.15 pm: 1/2 apple, bijora
4.45 pm: Tea, sauted paneer (100 gms)
7 pm: Dadaji ka shrad prasad
Around 12900 steps, 2 litres of water. No school tomorrow on account of Vishwakarma Puja and so the alarm clock is off!
