So, my 3rd week on this weight loss journey and healthy lifestyle begins!
I got up to a 'not so bad' weather and ran for 4 km followed by 20 minutes of core at the gym! Satisfied and happy! Yesterday I had restricted myself to just one cup of tea! Let's see what today holds!
Weight: 72.6 kgs
Day 15
6.15 am: 1 glass of soaked chia seed water
6.30- 7.20: Run followed by gym
8.45 am: Idli upma, Tea
11.30 am: Bijora
1.45 pm: 2 oats roti, aloo soyabean sabji, cucumber, dahi
4 pm: Tal Makhana + Dark chocolate
6 pm: Moth
8.30 pm: 3 ultra thin & small phulka, toru sabji, 1/2 cheese sandwitch, 1 dates nuts barfi (was feeling ravenous)
13,000 steps, 3.5 litres of water and in bed by 9.30 pm!
