It was Bunny's school holiday today and so I rested for an extra hour and hit the gym at 6.50 am. It was a "leg day" at the gym and hence no running today! Started with my Personal Training (PT) at the gym!
6.30 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water, 1 banana
6.50 - 8.10 am: Gym
8.30 am: 1 scoop of plant protein
9.15 am: 1/2 cup tea
9.45 am: 3 boiled eggs
12.45 pm: 2 wheat roti, mixed veg, cucumber
4 pm: Black tea & makhana
4.45 pm: Carried away by choco cookies at desk (regretted after 1 minute😔)
6.30 pm: Onion rice
8400 steps, 3 litres of water and off to bed very very early!
