5.30 am: 1 glass of soaked chia seed water along with mix of 4 spices + 1 date
5.50-7.10 am- Run of 8 kms
7.30 am: 2 idli, sambhar, chutney + 1 malai toast + tea
10 am: Tea
12.45 pm: Moth
2.45 pm: 2 phulka, dal, bhindi, little sukha aloo sabji
6 pm: Tea
9 pm: Rice, aloo sabji
9.30 pm: Ice cream
