Had a disturbed sleep, got up with swollen eyes and the was further de-motivated by the gym weighing machine which showed a kg increase in my weight!! The trainer assured me that it was merely because of water retention due to excess salt intake. I really hope that is true!
Day 21:
Weight: 73.6 kgs
6.15 am: 1 glass of soaked chia + mixed powder + 1 date
6.50 - 7.20 am - Run
7.25- 8.35 am: Plyometrics in gym
8.45 am: 1 scoop plant protein powder
9.30 am: Milk & Muesli + Tea
11.30 am: Handful of seeds + dry fruits mix
1.15 pm: 3 thin phulka, aloo sabji, dahi
3 pm: Black tea, 1 cookie, tal makhana
4.30 pm: Blueberry and dates cookies
6.30 pm,: 3 idlis & chutney, 1/2 protein bar, dahi
9 pm: 1/2 bowl dal chawal, dates & nut barfi
Around 16000 steps and 2 litres of water!
