Day 23!

Day 23:

6.15 am: 1 glass of soaked 4 powder mix + 1 date

6.35-7.05 am: 4 km run

7.15 - 8.15 am: Core exercises at Gym

8.15 am: 1 scoop protein powder

9.15 am: 2 idlis + chutney

12 noon: Coffee & biscuits (at client's office)

2 pm: 3 thin phulkas, 1/2 katori rawa, cucumber, dahi

4 .15 pm: Oats pudding (oats, chia seeds, mixed seeds & nuts, banana, milk & honey refrigerated overnight)

7.30 pm: Dadi's shrad's prasad

17200 steps, 3 litres of water and in bed by 10!
