Sunday Long Run day!

So, Sunday happens to be a long run day! Today was an event of 10 km and while I was unsure if I would be able to do that considering the gap I have had lately, I ended up kicking 13 km! Happy self, happy Sunday!

Day 26

5 am: A glass of soaked chia & 4 powder mix + 1 date

5 - 6.45 am: 13 kms run!

7.45 am: Idli, chutney, 1/2 vegetable sandwich, sugarcane juice, banana & tea (There was chole bhature, vada & jalebi, too, in the buffet that was served after the run but I skipped those)

9.15 am: Tea

11.15 am: 1 plain paratha, lauki sabji, tea

2.15 pm: Rice, dal makhani, bhindi, dahi

6.15 pm: Tea & plan muri (puffed rice)

8 pm: 1 Veg vada paw (no cheese, no mayonnaise). 4 puchka (On Bunny's extreme insistance)

10 pm:  Milk & murunda

20,000 steps, 2 litres of water - Good night!
