Day 17:
6.15 am: 1 glass lukewarm water, 1 kothali kela
6.30- 7.05 am & 7.45 am - 8.25 am: 5 km running, 40 min of "Pull" at the gym (in between attended a birthday but refrained from eating any of those cake, pastries, chocolates and samosa)
7.30 am: Tea
8.30 am: 1 scoop protein powder
10 am: Overnight Soaked oats in milk with mixed seeds, chia, banana and a dash of honey
1.15 pm: 2 oats roti, arbi sabji
3.15 pm: Black tea +1 biscuit (I tend to feel too sleepy at this hour of the day in office)
5.30 pm: 1 apple, little tal makhana
7.30 pm: Dal, chole
15,600 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed by 9.30 pm!
