So, there was a running event today in which I could not participate due to clash with Bunny's school timings. Nevertheless, after dropping Bunny I ran to and fro till the event, was part of the group photo, had a cup of tea and hit the gym!
Day 24:
6.15 am: A glass of soaked 4 powder mix water
7 am: Tea
8.30 am: 1 scoop of plant protein
10 am: Oats smoothie (oats, bananas, dates, chia, seeds & nuts mix, little honey and milk)
1.15 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed veg, cucumber
3.15 pm: Tal makhana & 1 guava
4.30 pm: Roasted millets + dry fruits & seeds mix (was feeling very hungry)
6.30 pm: Rice, arbi, dates & nuts barfi
Around 14000 steps, 2 litres of water and went to bed very early!
