While I was very regular for my on-ground bootcamps, with Bunny's school timings clashing with the same, I try to make it on Saturdays and any other school holidays. So, today was boot camp day which meant getting up at 5 am!
Day 25
5.30 am: 1 glass of lukewarm waters soaked with 4 mix powder + 1 banana
5.40 - 7.10 am: 3 km run + Core exercises
7.15 am: 1 scoop of plant protein powder
8 am: A cup of tea
10 am: 1 1/2 green moong dal chilla + green chutney + tea
12 noon: Pineapple juice (no sugar)
2.30 pm: 1 1/2 wheat lachcha paratha, dal makhani, paneer
3.30 pm: Soda sikanji
5.45 pm: Tea
6.30 pm: Papaya
9 pm: Milk & murunda
14,100 steps & 2-2.5 litres of water!
Long run tomorrow - Good Night!
