Beginning of Week 4!

I choose to omit yesterday from my daily blog. It was my father's shrad and the day passed by in rituals and pujas. So, I start the 4th week from today!

Day 22

6.15 am: 1 glass of soaked chia seed + mix of 4 powders soaked overnight + 1 banana

7.10-8.40 am: Whole body work out (and hence no running)

8.45 am: 1 scoop protein powder

9.30 am: Poha + Tea

12 noon: Dry fruits & seeds mix (handful)

2.30 pm: Lunch with team outside 

4.30 pm: A small slice of birthday cake

5.45 pm: Black tea + Paneer pasinda + Mushrooms

9 pm: 1/4 phulka, 1 spoon bhindi, 1 spoon mixed veg

Around 13500 steps, 2 litres of water and in bed by 10!
