Day 19!

Got up at 5.15 am for ground training! Super humid weather with winds refusing to blow!

Day 19:

5.30 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with a spoon of 4 spices grounded and mixed (ajwain, jeera, methi dana,saunf) + 1 date

5.40-7.10 am- 2.5 km running +Yoga and core

7.30 am: 1 scoop plant protein

8.15 am: Tea & 1/2 cheese sandwich

9.45 am: Tea & upma

1 pm: 1 apple

2 pm: 1 plate club kachori and a bite of balusahi (pest control at home and kitchen was closed)

6 pm: Little maggi and tea (today my diet has to be excused😟)

8.30 pm: 2 phulka, moth, rajma

9.30 pm: Treated myself with pista ice cream, after 12 hours of hard work!

3 plus litres of water, will try to sleep by 10 - have my long run today!
