Day 16
6.15 am: 1 glass of soaked chia seed water, 1 kothali kela
6.45- 7.55 am: 3.5 kms of run followed by 35 minutes of "push" exercises at the Gym
8 am: 1 scoop of protein powder in a glass of water
9 am: Banana & Oats smoothie with milk, seeds, dates and little honey
10.45 am: Black tea
11.30 am: Mixed Seeds
1.30 pm: 2 Oats roti, paneer bhurji, beetroot
2.30 pm: Black tea (terribly drowsy- super awesome weather) with a coconut cookie
3.30 pm: Slice of birthday cake (I know too many birthdays in office and the greedy meππ)
5.30 pm: Tal makhana
9,30 pm: Dal, chawal, Gobi aloo, Dates & nuts barfi
Around 10,000 steps and 2.5 litres of water. Off to bed by 10.30 pm!
