Day 29!

Got up a little late (5.50 am) and it felt nice without the alarm buzzing off! No rush and slowly I got ready to do a 5 km run today as gym is closed due to Vishwakarma Puja and I plan to go and donate blood post my run!

Day 29:

6.15 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + date

6.20 am- 7.05 am: 5.5 km run!

7.30 am: 1 plate idli, chutney, sambhar, 1 slice malai toast + tea

10 am: Coconut water

11.45 am: 1/2 besan ladoo  + 1 Motichoor ladoo (Vishwakarma Puja's prasad)

1.45 pm: 1 quinoa roti, ghugni

3 pm: Bengali khichuri, 1/2 cube alu dom (I specially requested my office staff to bring this prasad from downstairs on seeing it getting distributed! I cant explain what a delicacy it is! Satisfied to the core! Best meal of the day!)

4 pm: Black tea

5 pm: Sauted paneer (100 gms)

8 pm: Oats & banana smoothie, 1/2 phulka & little ghugni

17000 steps, 2.5-3 litres of water!

Have an early morning flight to catch!
