...and one month is over!!

A very early morning flight,  rushed morning and a "rest day" for my exercise regime!

Day 30:

5 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix

7.15 am: Poha + Tea ( First time over so many years, I opted for Poha instead of my favourite 'Indigo' maggi - see I am trying!!)

11 am: 2 Small samosas, banana slice cake, 1 cookie & tea (I was famished and these were all that were available!)

1.30 pm: 1 wheat roti, little quantities of dal, paneer, methi matar and gobi, papad, pasta salad and some dessert

4.15 pm: Tea, 1 cookie, 1 paneer pakora & 1 spinach pakora, 2 cubes of fried idli, mint chutney

9 pm: Dal chawal, tea

Reached home by 10.45, 6500 steps and hardly 1-1.5 litre of water!

Not the perfect diet!

Have to make arrangements for my little one's birthday! She's turning 7 tomorrow!
