Day 32

I got up with a sore body due to a fall in the gym yesterday! But will to attend training was stronger. I was asked not to run today by my trainer as we would be doing "legs". I actually reached late for the training and missed the run and joined for yoga and core/ strength training, post which i hit the gym

Day 32!

5.30 am: 1 glass of chia with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela

6.15 - 7.15 am: Ground training (yoga + core/ strength training)

7.45 - 8.45 am: Legs at gym

9 am: 1 scoop of plant protein

10.30 am: Dal paratha, achar, tea

1.30 pm: 1 phulka, bhaji, cucumber

5 pm: Tea & cake

7.30 pm: Dal, chawal

9.45 pm: Custard

Need to sleep off! 1 10 km run tomorrow and need to be up by 3.30 am!
