Got up at 3.45 am for the running event at New Town! Body was sore but was determined to do the run irrespective of the pace and timing! ..and I managed to finish it. Though not a strong run but a run still!
Day 23:
4.15 am: 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
5.30- 6.50 am: 10 km run!
7.15 am: 1 banana+ 1 lassi + 1 yoghurt
9 am: Tea
10 am: 1 aloo paratha, achar, tea
12.30 pm: Guava
2.15 pm: Rice, aloo matar, cucumber
6 pm: Tea
8.30 pm: Muri
20,000+ steps and 2-2.5 litres of water! Sleeping off early due to sever bodyache!
