Day 36

The water subsided to quite an extent and it was possible to go for the run without getting my shoes wet (like yesterday), though I went late as Bunny's school had declared a holiday today, too.

Day 36:

7.30 am: One glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date

7.45 - 8.15 am: 4.35 km run

8.30 am: A scoop of plant protein

9.30 am: Tea

10.45 am: Overnight soaked oats with banana, pumpkin, flax & sunflower seeds, milk & some honey

2.15 pm: Team lunch

6 pm: Dhokla and little jalebi

9.30 pm: A bowl of dal soup

2.5 litres of water, 115000 steps and off to bed by 10!
