Day 38!

Got up with guilt for being on high calories last day! Promise to try and keep it low today!

Day 38!

6.15 am: 1 glass of water with 4 powder mix + 1 banana

6.35-7.15 am: 5 km run coupled with pandal hopping (managed to see the Sreebhumi puja)

7.30 am: A scoop of plant protein

8.30 am: Tea

9.15 am: Oats smoothie with banana, chia seeds, pumpkin, flax & sunflower seeds & date

11.15 am: Handful of nuts & seeds

12.45 pm: Roti, soyabean & veggies sabji, cucumber

2.45 pm: Pujo lunch from office. Avoided the rice beyond 2-3 spoons, had the paneer

4 pm: Black tea & cheese cookies

8 pm: Chole, chawal +cake

14500 steps, 2.5 litres of water and in bed on time!
