Day 39!

Went for ground training and did some pandal hopping during the run! It was fun!

Day 39!

5.45 am : 1 glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date

7.45 am: 1 scoop of plant protein

8.30 am: Tea

10 am: 2.5 small dal parathas, achar, tea

2 pm: Chawal, lauki vadi, dahi

5 pm: Tea & Chirwa

8 pm: Street food during pandal hopping

10 pm: Rice, aloo dum, ice cream

Around 12000 steps, 2.5 litres of water.

Long run tomorrow! Good night!
