Due to severe pain in my left knee, I could not go for my Navrun in the morning; will do so in the evening.
Day 41:
7.30 am: 1 glass of soaked chia seed water with 4 powder mix +1 banana
8 am: Tea
9.30 am: 2 plain paratha, chole, tea
12.30 pm: 1/4 paratha, aloo
2.30 pm: Durga Puja bhog of Khitchdi & its accompaniments
6.30 pm: Little chowmein, 1 cheese cutlet and 1 aloo chilli
8.30 pm: Dinner at birthday party
9.30-9.55 pm: 3 km run
2.5-3 litres of water, around 8500 steps!
