Day 155!
5.30 am: A glass of lukewarm water
8 am: Tea, 1 idli, chutmey
9 am: A scoop of whey isolate
10.30 am: 2 idli, chutmey, tea
2.30 pm: Rice, ghugni, til chikki
5.30 pm: tea
8 pm: Prasad at the kirtan
25000 steps, enough water and electrolyte and off to bed on time!
