5.45 am: A glass of water + papaya slice
6-7.45 am: 12.25 km run
8 am: Banana+ tea
10 am: Tea
12.30 pm: Tea
2 pm: Plain paratha, aloo sabji, carrot matar, bhujia, achar
5.30 pm: Tea
8 pm: Tomato soup, sabudana chips
19000 steps, 1.5-2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
