Day 71!

Got up late for my ground training and missed the run but enjoyed the rest of the drills with equipment. Post the training, the team went for a cup of tea. Chai to bas ek bahana hai, baith ke thoda waqt bitana hai! Hit the gym post that and it was, thus, a very energetic morning!

Day 71!

6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela

6.20-7.20 am: Bootcamp

7.30 am: Tea

8.20-9.20: Gym (Lower nody)

9.30 am: A scoop of plant protein

11 am: 2 idli + chutmey

11.45 am: I had gone to visit my brother and he insisted on making me taste the dal & aloo sabji made by the cook. So a bowl of dal + a spoon of aloo sabji

1.45 pm: Chawal, rajma, tomato, dahi

4,45 am: A guava + 1 kothali kela + 1 small apple

6 pm: Tea

7 pm: Bread upma

8.15 pm: 4-5 spoons of home made muri

7000 steps, 2 litres of water!

LSD tomorrow!
