Day 86!
5.45 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix, 1 date
6-7 am: 1.5 run + yoga
7.20-8 am: Gym
8.15 am: A scoop of whey isolate
10 am: Upma, tea
12.30 pm: Chikoo
3 pm: Dal, lauki vadi, sweets
4.30 pm: Tea
7.45 pm: Dal, chawal, muri
9000 steps, 2-2.5 litres of water!
A long 15 kms tomorrow - the CSC run, one of the best runs in the city!
