Called it a rest day and despite putting on my running shoes, missed the run!
Day 81!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date
8.30 am: 2 methi paratha, aloo sabji, tomato loonji, chutney, tea
12 noon: 1 small apple
2.30 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed veg
4.30 pm: Home cooked vegetable poha
6.15 pm: Papaya, 1 sweet potato & beetroot tikki + chutney
9 pm: Dal soup
Called it an early day and was off to bed by 9.15 pm!
