It was a super early morning with the 16 km event! Got up at 4.15 and was out of the house by 4.50 am! Not prepared enough, with multiple injuries, a little scared but determined to complete the run, come what may!
Day 80!
4.45 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix, 1 banana, 1 date & 4 badam
6-8 am: 16 km run! I finished it! Not my best run but not my worst too!
8.30 am: 1 banana
10.30 am: Upma & tea
12.20 pm: Kachori sabji + tea
3 pm: Lunch/ snacks at a birthday party
6.30 pm: 1/2 slice cake, 4 spoons of biryani with dal, 2 spoons of noodles, 2 spoons of gajar halwa
8 pm: 1/2 paneer paratha
Had a sore body, severe headache and severe itching on my wounds but my heart was full. I was finding it hard to believe that I had actually managed to complete the 16 km run despite lack of practice and a sore body- only because I wanted to! Tired body, happy soul!
Day to rest tomorrow!
