Day 76!

Got up annoyed with the realization that I would have to miss my run and gym today as I could not take chances with my scar getting sweaty. Was all lost as to how to while away that time which is so-called my "exercise time".

Day 76!

6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela

6.45 am: A cup of tea

10 am: Upma

1.30 pm: 2 oats roti, Mixed veg with soyabean, salad (cucumber, tomato)

4.45 pm: 2 boiled eggs

8 pm: Rice, ghugni, 1/2 phulka

No Run, No Gym, Not much of a walk....

Withering in pain, went off to bed early.
