It's been a week of accidents. The honey bee accident on Sunday which has left my face and eyes still swollen and again the twirling of my dupatta in the wheels of the rickshaw leading to peeling off of my skin from the throat this morning on my way to office! A near miss! Repercussion- No running, no gym for couple of days and that is my main reason of concern, With 16 kms just 5 days away, I really needed this week for practice! But as they say, few things are beyond one's control! So may the best thing happen!
Day 75!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
6.30-6.55 am: On ground training
7.20-7.40 am: 3 km run
7.45-8.30 am: Gym
8.45 am: A scoop of whey protein isolate + 4 badam
9.30 am: Tea
10.15 am: Overnight soaked oats with nuts, mixed seeds, chia, peanut butter, cocoa, dark chocolate, desiccated coconut, honey, coffee and milk
2.15 pm: 2 oats roti, soyabean sabji, salad (onion, tomato, cucumber)
5 pm: Sautéed paneer
9 pm: 4 bites of phulka with bhindi (Bunny didnt finish this) + 1 glass of haldi milk (to reduce my pain)
Slept off, in quite a bit of pain but I am sure all will be well!
