Late to bed, early to rise! Got up at 6.30 pm, missed my Saturday training but went for a run just for a km and hit the gym post that!
Day 93
6.30 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 date
7 -7.10 am: 1 km run
8 am: 3 idli, sambhar chutmey, tea + 2 bites of kachori sabji (Clan monthly birthday celebration)
8.15- 9 am: Gym
11.15 am: 2 aloo paratha, tea
3 pm: 1 bowl of dal rice, 2 phulka, palak muli saag
5 pm: Tea
8 pm: Khitchdi
Went off to sleep by 9 pm! 21 kms tomorrow! Looking forward!
