Woke up fresh, all set for my Recovery Run today!
Day 73!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kothali kela
6.35- 7.05 am: 4 km recovery run
7.26-8.26 am: Gym (Upper body)
8.30 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9.30 am: 1 besan chilla, green chutney, tea
12 noon: Overnight soaked oats with mixed seeds and nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, bananas, apples, little honey and milk
3.45 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed veg sabji, dahi, sauted paneer
8 pm: Rice, chana dal, lauki vadi+ 1 small piece of chocolate
