It was finally the day of Bunny's concert! Had a very disturbed sleep and got up very early. Woke Bunny early, too, as I had to dress her along with make up! Such a cute sardar she made with a bun on top of her head! Despite I had to reach school on time to take a good sear (as per Bunny's instructions, I managed a short run and gym, too!
Day 85!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix
6.40-7.10 am: 3.5 kms of run
7.20-8.am: Gym
8 am: A scoop of whey isolate
9 am: 2 suji chilla, chutmey, tea
12.30 pm: A bite of khasta kachori (in the car offered by a friend)
1.15 pm: Sweets! (Was famished and the first thing I got hold was sweets! Balram Mullick and gur- a deadly combination)
2.15 pm: Chana chawal
5 pm: Tea, naan, dal, allo sabji, generous quantity of onions
8 pm: 1/2 samosa
9.15 pm: Naan, paneer, little biryani & a sweet (I had decided to skip dinner - the reason as to why I had proper meal at 5 pm but the tempting food broke my resolve😟
15,000 steps, lots of food and tons of guilt!
