Got up to a beautiful cold, winter morning with the best weather for a good run! I, however, have accepted that it is my rest week and that I need to recover to be ready for my 16 km run on Sunday!
Day 78!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 4 badam
8 am: Matar kachori, aloo sabji, green chutney, tea
12 noon: Handful of seeds & nuts
2.30 pm: 2 oats roti, mixed veg (carrot, beans, capsicum, mushrooms, onion, tomato), dahi, cucumber
4 pm : 1/2 cup coffee
5.15 pm: Sauteed paneer
9 pm: Beetroot & sweet potato tikki and Atta & jaggery cupcake
9,500 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
