Got up much before my alarm buzzed and was all fresh after a good night's sleep. After dropping off Bunny to the bus stop, ran for sometime before I hit the gym! A good and satisfying start to the day!
Day 83!
6 am: A glass of lukewarm water with 4 powder mix + 1 kotahli kela
6.50-7.10 am: 2.5 km of good run
7.20-8.20 am: Gym (upper body)
8.30 am: A scoop of whey isolate + 4 badam
9 am: Tea
9.45 am: Overnight soaked oats with chia, banana, nuts & mixed seeds, peanut butter, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, honey and milk
12.45 pm: 2 oats roti, aloo matar, tomato as salad
2.45 pm: A slice of cake - International Men's day celebration!
4.15 pm: 2 boiled eggs
7 pm: 1 lachcha (aata) paratha, dal, paneer, onion
9 pm: Samosa (I got kachoris for everyone but did not touch them but when Mumma got samosas, I could not tell her a no)
15,000 steps, 2 litres of water and off to bed on time!
